Thank You for Your Feedback

This past May, the district asked for employee feedback relating to the district’s benefit plans. Each employee who participated in the survey was entered into a drawing and five names were selected to win a FitBit as a thank you for taking a few minutes to share your opinion.  Congratulations to our winners:

Susan Chavez, Westview Middle School
Adam Francis, Frederick High School
Brianna Hartman, Student Services
Susan Thompson, Thunder Valley K-8
Kim Westmoreland, Legacy Elementary

We had a wonderful response to the survey—hearing from 1,049 of you! Thanks to each of you who participated in the survey and though we weren’t able to present each of you with a FitBit, please know that your feedback is invaluable in understanding what’s important to our employees and in determining the district’s benefit priorities for 2017 and beyond.  We will share additional results of the survey over the next few months but wanted to share the results of one survey question in today’s email:  “What is the best way to communicate with you regarding your benefit options?”  Here are your responses, in rank order:

  1. Work email
  2. HR monthly electronic newsletter
  3. District website (
  4. Cell phone app
  5. Group meetings
  6. Bulletin boards, flyers
