ComPsych Employee Assistance Program (EAP): There When You Need It

Personal issues and the stress of everyday life can affect your work, your health and your family relationships. Get the help you need without breaking the bank. The ComPsych EAP program is a free, confidential service available to all district employees that provides support, resources and information to help you and your family deal with a variety of personal and work-life issues. Services include:
 
Confidential Counseling
Up to 6, no-cost, personal visits with a master’s or doctoral level clinician for relationship counseling, behavioral issues, stress, anxiety, substance abuse, and more.
 
Financial Information and Resources
Free telephone access to CPA’s (Certified Public Accountants) and CFP’s (Certified Financial Planners) for tax questions, information on getting out of debit, saving for college, estate and retirement planning etc.
 
Legal Support and Resources
Free telephone access to ComPsych attorneys or, if you require representation, ComPsych will refer you to a local attorney for a free 30-minute consultation.  (If additional services are required, you will receive a 25% discount on their customary fees.)   Assistance is available for divorce and family law, real estate transactions, civil and criminal actions, etc.
 
Work-Life Solutions
Need help with college planning, moving, making a major purchase, locating quality child or elder care, etc.?  The EAP can help!  They will do the research and provide quality referrals and customized resources to you.
